Andrea Givens is a Senior Medical Affairs Specialist and Health Coach at Lingo with a passion for empowering individuals to leverage their unique physiology to optimise performance and health. She has been a Registered Dietitian since 2010 and holds Master's Degrees in both Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from San Diego State University. She is a Board-Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics and has worked with a wide range of athletes from the weekend warrior to the warfighter.

As a California native and avid outdoor athlete, Andrea has crossed the finish line of numerous half and full marathons, completed CrossFit competitions, summited Half Dome, and made the grueling swim from Alcatraz.
